While we strive to provide the highest quality service, it's essential to understand the following disclaimers: Surface Imperfections: The application of PPF and wraps may reveal or enhance pre-existing surface imperfections, such as scratches, swirls, or paint defects. We recommend addressing any cosmetic concerns before the installation. Adhesive Residue: In rare cases, the removal of PPF or wraps may leave adhesive residue on the vehicle's surface. Our technicians take utmost care during removal, but some adhesive remnants may require additional cleaning.
Color Variation: PPF and wrap materials may have slight color variations from the vehicle's original paint color due to manufacturing processes or changes over time. We recommend thoroughly inspecting the material before installation.
Edge Adhesion: It's normal to have a minimal gap at the edges of the film or wrap. This is necessary for proper installation and does not compromise the effectiveness of the protection.

Once the project has been completed we do not offer refund of any sort. If the service we have provided comes with blemises, imperfections, or other defective issues you must contact us immediately. Once we have inspected the issue, if we can confirm it was caused by one of our technicians then we can offer you a re-do or other forms of refund payment. Otherwise we do not offer refunds or "buyer's remorse" of any kind.
